Responsible for the technical support and service delivery for all current and installed base of Diagnostic and Radiotherapy equipment. The technical service team consisting of approximately 35 skilled and factory trained engineers and 5 dedicated technicians to cover the eight Modalities: 

• General X-Ray: The most massive equipment installed base modality supported with long experienced service team.
• Interventional X-Ray (Angiography): Outstanding modality in its technical performance and is leading the market technical activities recent massive installations.
• Ultrasound (US): The Pioneer modality with multi specialty US units that is supported by experienced service team.
• Computer Tomography (CT): Active service team modality with pinch mark installation time and high tech systems.
• Nuclear Medicine or Molecular Imaging: The most early core modality in establishing the DID service department with active service team.
• Radiotherapy: The new emerging modality that is adding new service revenue source and expansion and utilizing the service department existing expertise.    
• Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI): The high technology modality that sets the reference for service uptime and response.
• IIS (PACS/RIS)/ Film Printing: The most profitable service modality with service team that currently busy in installing recognized modern radiology IT and CR systems deals. 

 The DID Technical team enjoys special and remarkable reputation and recognition in Kuwait market and GCC countries with a geographic extend to Africa and Mid Asia regions. In Kuwait, achievements include record time Installation, ultimate service delivery with on-time consistent site reporting and highest machine up-time. Successfully has the biggest market share Install Base in Kuwait,  the DID Service team provides professional installation and technical support to GE Healthcare product in Kuwait and GE distributer countries such as  Oman, Pakistan, Turkey, South Africa, France, etc.

ATC Service activities include preliminary site survey, site planning, pre-installation and coordination, equipment installation, and professional maintenance service delivery. Performance index Keys, as QC measuring tool, are assigned carefully to measure the department output and results in term of on-time site reporting, machine uptime and equipment clinical functional results. Accordingly, annually record breaking is achieved and is set as the new pinch mark reference.
